What if you buy the Pixel 2 XL & when you open it you see no Android OS installed? If you think i am just making this up, then be ready to be the victim. Today one of the users from Reddit made a post claimed with a proof that he received the Pixel 2 XL, but without Android OS & later a user from Twitter came across the same issue.
This issue was not just with few users, but a lot others. Past week this same complain was filed by another user on reddit & then a user on Arstechnica forum had the same issue. This issue was there with a lot of other users, but it’s coming to the world like a virus.
What does this mean?
This is a clear indication that Google has accidently failed to install Android OS on few of their devices that they have shipped. There might be chances that anyone from us can be one of those victims.
It seems that Google this time has failed a bit on optimizing their OS properly for some users & for some failed to install it.
