Honor 7x is getting Android Oreo pretty soon & Face Unlock is coming alongside it. This info has been confirmed by a Honor Support Agent in India.
Honor has already confirmed the existence of Face Unlock for Honor 7x in early January & the Android Oreo confirmation adds an extra feather to it.
According the Live Chat session above, the Honor Support Agent just confirmed that both Android Oreo & Face Unlock features have been confirmed for the Honor 7x. So, it’s safe to say that Honor is pushing the Face Unlock technology in the Oreo firmware.
The Oreo update is expected to hit the Honor 7x within this month (February 2018). So, in case you have an Honor 7x, both Oreo & Face Unlock are heading your way.
