You may be suspicious that someone has blocked your number. If you want to know whether you have been blocked, you can follow the below-mentioned steps:
Call the Contact
Call the person who you think may have blocked your number and observe the following:
- Is the phone ringing normally as it should?
- Does the phone ring normally for just one ring and then get diverted to the voice mail?
- Does your call continuously gets diverted to the voice mail on calling the contact?
If the call continuously goes to the voice mail, then your number might be blocked.

Switch Off the Caller ID and Call
You can call by hiding your number to see if the person has blocked you. You need to switch off your caller ID through the following steps:
Step 1: Open the Android app on your Android smartphone.
Step 2: Tap on the “More” tab situated on the right corner of the screen.
Step 3: A menu will appear, click on “Settings” on it. Click on “Advanced” or “More Settings” on the next tab.
Step 4: Click on “Show My Caller ID”
Step 5: A pop-up menu will appear. Select the “Hide Number” from the list.
