You can remove the screen lock from your Android phone to access it without a password, PIN, or pattern. You can follow these steps to remove Android screen lock:

Step 1: Go to your home screen and click on the “Settings” tab. The settings tab can be in the app drawer or the upper-right corner of the phone. 

Step 2: Scroll down till you see the security option. Once you locate it, click on the Security tab. 

Step 3: Scroll down and click on the “Screen Lock” section. You need to select “Set up Screen Lock” in the next menu.

Step 4:  You will need to select the type of screen to unlock the feature you want to use. Click on the “None” tab. This will disable and remove any lock screen feature that was enabled earlier. 

Step 5: You will be prompted to enter your pattern/PIN/password, twice to verify and enable the setting. 

Is it Recommended to Remove Lock Screen?

Removing the lock screen feature from your Android smartphone reduces its security. Anyone with access to your smartphone can open it and access confidential information without the lock screen enabled. Unless necessary, it is not recommended to remove the lock screen feature from your Android smartphone.
